However, many SaaS companies struggle to retain their customers and increase their revenue. This case study examines the role of user experience in boosting SaaS revenues, specifically focusing on the upgrade process.
Problem Statement
Many SaaS companies face a common challenge in retaining their customers and increasing their revenue. One of the reasons for this is the poor user experience of the upgrade process. Customers often find the process confusing and difficult, leading to decreased engagement and a lower likelihood of upgrading to a higher-tiered plan.
Results
